Glub is a fishing catch log for iPhone. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your catches stay on your device. Glub has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server of its own.
1. What Glub stores, and where
Everything you enter — photos of your catches, species, weight, length, lure, technique, notes, ratings, dates and locations — is saved locally on your iPhone. It is not uploaded to us, because there is nothing to upload it to. We operate no servers and hold no copy of your data.
2. iCloud backup
Glub can back up your catch log to your own iCloud account, and restore from it. This only happens when you choose it in Settings. The backup lives in your private iCloud storage under your Apple Account; it is governed by Apple's terms, and we cannot read it.
3. Permissions the app asks for

Glub does not use your photo library to browse or scan your photos. Choosing an existing photo uses Apple's system picker, which hands the app only the single image you selected.
4. Photo processing
When Glub separates a fish from its background, that work is done entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Your photo is never sent anywhere for processing.
5. Purchases
Glub PRO is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your card details. Apple tells the app only whether a purchase is active.
6. Children
Glub is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Since the app collects nothing to begin with, there is nothing for us to collect from anyone.
7. Your rights
Because your data lives on your device, you are already in control of it. Settings contains an Erase all data action that permanently deletes every catch, photo and record from the device. Deleting the app removes its data with it. An iCloud backup you made is removed through your device's iCloud storage settings.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
